You can book directly through our website by filling in the enquiry form on the tour page you are interested in. One of our travel specialists will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your preferences, customise your itinerary, and confirm availability. We typically require a 20% deposit to secure your booking.
Absolutely — every GOSHEN tour is fully customisable. Whether you want to swap a site, add a day, adjust the pace, or include a private Egyptologist, we will tailor the journey to your interests and schedule. Simply let us know your preferences when you enquire.
Most nationalities (including UK, US, EU, Canadian, and Australian passport holders) can obtain a tourist visa on arrival at Egyptian airports, or via the Egypt e-Visa portal before travel. The visa fee is currently $25 USD. We recommend applying online before departure for a smoother arrival experience. GOSHEN will guide you through this process.
Our tour prices typically include accommodation (specified in each itinerary), private air-conditioned transport, entry fees to all listed sites, the services of a licensed GOSHEN guide or Egyptologist, and daily breakfast (and some meals as specified per tour). International flights, travel insurance, personal expenses, and gratuities are not included unless stated.
The best time to visit Egypt is from October to April, when temperatures are mild and comfortable — especially in Luxor and Aswan. Summer months (June–August) can be extremely hot in Upper Egypt (40°C+), though coastal areas like Hurghada and Sharm el-Sheikh remain popular year-round. We run tours throughout the year and adapt itineraries seasonally.
For tours covering both Cairo and Upper Egypt (Luxor/Aswan), we typically include domestic flights to save travel time. EgyptAir operates frequent daily routes on the Cairo–Luxor–Aswan corridor. All internal flights arranged by GOSHEN are booked in your name and included in your tour package (where mentioned). Airport transfers are always included.

Yes — we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and personal belongings. GOSHEN can recommend reputable insurance providers upon booking. Travel insurance is not included in our tour pricing.
